DELIVERY

Shipping is currently within the UK & Ireland only as this is a new business but hopefully we will be able to grow and ship across the globe in the future.

Local Delivery costs £1.50 and covers PL17, PL18, PL19 & PL20 poscodes only and will be hand-posted by me within 1-3 days.

UK Delivery costs £4.00 and will be processed witin 1-3 days and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Ireland Delivery costs £8.50 and will be processed witin 1-3 days and shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

FREE DELIVERY – if you spend £40 or more on our website you will automatically get free shipping no matter if you choose local, UK or Ireland delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item you must contact me first, I will provide the label for returns, this can be done by emailing info@elsiemae.co.uk and staing the reason(s) why. Any item(s) you wish to return must be in the condtion you recieved them in (no missing pages for notebooks, or used etc) once recieved I can issue a full refund or replacment.

Refunds will be issued within 1-2 days of receiving the product, please note that sometimes the money may take up to 2 weeks to be back in your account (depending on our payment system and your bank account).

PRIVACY POLICY

Only I and person(s) who have access to my website/orders can see customer information.

I agree to never give out your details and your details will only be used to fulfil orders.

I will never sell anyones information to individuals or other business’.

All items on this site are designed and made in Tavistock, Devon.

All items are made by a local printer using carbon captured media.

My address is public due to legal reasons, please do not assume this is a place you can visit, it is not, it’s a family home and anyone who turns up will be asked to leave.
